With a history of asthma, hypertension, heart disease, acute gastritis, diabetes, epilepsy, sinusitis or similar, consult a doctor before the trip and bring your personal medicines.

Follow the rules at each destination and the tour leader's directions, help each other, and do not litter or damage nature, trip facilities or documentation equipment. Illegal drugs, narcotics, firearms and anything that can harm others are prohibited.

Yes. Documentation with a drone and a mirrorless camera is included. Bring a hard disk rather than a flash drive, as the files are usually over 32 GB; they are copied on day three.

By registering you agree to be recorded and photographed, and IndonesiaJuara Trip may use the material on social media. If you would rather not, tell the admin on WhatsApp.

Yes, depending on conditions at a destination or force majeure. If the weather turns, parts of the itinerary change for your safety.

The deposit is forfeited: it is non-refundable and cannot be moved to another trip or date. You can hand your place to someone else.

If natural disasters, bad weather, unrest, disease outbreaks, government rules or other compelling circumstances change or cancel the trip, unused services are not refunded.

Guests who arrive late and delay the itinerary are deemed to have withdrawn, with no refund.

Flight changes or cancellations, and baggage damage, loss or delay, by airlines, hotels or other transport providers; loss of or damage to personal belongings; and itinerary changes caused by force majeure.

Guests pay for any loss of or damage to trip facilities, such as life jackets, snorkels and masks, at the item's price. Guests found with illegal drugs, or disturbing others, may be removed without refund.
