What the Price Covers

  • Entrance fees and donation fees
  • Documentation with drone and mirrorless camera
  • Mineral water during the trip
  • Meals during the trip (nine on the 4D3N and the open trip)
  • Tour leader
  • Hotels, twin share: Sinar Tambolaka, then Padadita (or equivalent)
  • Pickup at the meeting point on day one
  • Drop-off at Waingapu Airport on the last day

Not included

  • Flights
  • Personal expenses

Bring with you

  • Sunblock SPF 30–50, sunglasses and a hat
  • Trekking shoes or sandals
  • Drybag or water-resistant daypack
  • Enough changes of clothes
  • Power bank and personal medicines
  • Snacks, supplements and wet tissue
  • A hard disk for your photos (files usually exceed 32 GB)

Payment

How payment works.

Registration is open any time, as long as hotel rooms are available.

Pay a 50% deposit

A deposit of at least 50% secures your place.

Pay the balance

The balance is due no later than 14 days before departure.

Booking late?

Registering less than 14 days before the trip means paying 100% at once.

Confirm on WhatsApp

Send the transfer receipt with names and ages, a contact number, group size, pickup and drop-off on WhatsApp.

Cancellation & Responsibility

If plans change.

If you cancel

The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be moved to another trip or date, but you can hand your place to someone else.

Force majeure

If natural disasters, bad weather, unrest, outbreaks or government rules change or cancel the trip, unused services are not refunded.

Late arrival

Guests who arrive late at the meeting point and delay the itinerary are deemed to have withdrawn, with no refund.

Damage

Guests pay for any loss of or damage to trip facilities, at the price of the item.
